Hello everyone,

High school swim season has begun and over the next six weeks or so we will be having some changes to our practice schedule to accommodate meets for both Wildwood Catholic and Lower Cape May. Attached is a complete list of the changes.

Next week for Thanksgiving we will be holding regular practice Monday through Wednesday, Friday morning  10- 11:30 ( for white and orange group only) and Saturday morning at regular time for all groups.
