It Is great to see everyone attending our outdoor activities!! Looks like rain on Monday so The next one will be on Tuesday 12/15 At the Ockie Wisting Recreation Area, 7 Fulling Mill Rd. Rio Grande NJ 08242 at 3:30 p.m. for all groups. Dress warm, wear sneakers and be ready for a fun, fast forward work out. The session will last 45 - 60 minutes. Hope to see you there!
