It Is great to see everyone attending our outdoor activities!! The next one will be on Wednesday 12/23 At Centennial Park in Wildwood Crest (Fern Rd and Ocean Ave.) at 3:30 p.m. for all groups. Dress warm, wear sneakers and be ready for a fun, fast forward work out. The session will last 45 - 60 minutes. Hope to see you there!
