It Is great to see everyone attending our outdoor activities!! The next one will be on Wednesday 12/30 at Sunrise Park in Wildwood Crest (Rambler Rd and Ocean Ave.) at 1:00 p.m. (Note the Time change) for all groups. Dress warm, wear sneakers and be ready for a fun, fast forward work out. The session will last 45 - 60 minutes. Hope to see you there!
