DATE, LOCATION & TIMES The 2022 ECCC Winter Carnival - Developmental meet is on Sunday, January 9, 2022 at the Ocean City Aquatic & Fitness Center, 17th St & Simpson Avenue Ocean City, NJ 08226. Warmups will begin immediately following the A/BB/C; approximately around 1 PM and will be broken into three 20 minute sessions. Teams will receive warmup lane assignments based on team size. Lane assignments will be sent out closer to the day of the meet and will be posted at the Admin Table, in the Senior Center, and around the pool deck. The meet is currently expected to start around 2:15 PM and finish around 6:15 PM. POSITIVE CHECK-IN,  & COVID-19 Positive check-in will be required for all teams (athletes), coaches, officials, and volunteers. This will be used as part of our COVID-19 Contact Tracing. The meet will be re-seeded and programs will be provided to the coaches and officials prior to the meet starting. If you, your athlete, or a member of your athlete's household is sick or showing any signs of illness, please ask them to stay home. Any non-vaccinated individuals are requested to wear a mask while indoors. The CDC does recommend that all individuals wear a mask in high populated areas.  TEAM SEATING, TEAM STAGERS/MARSHALLS, & SPECTATORS Team seating assignments are as follows:

• ECCC and SEA will be seated in the Senior Center. All athletes from these teams are encouraged to bring chairs.
• All other teams (JCCS, NNA, MAR, WWC, and VINY) will be seated on the bleachers on pool deck and will not be permitted to have chairs.

There will be NO SPECTATORS permitted at this meet. A live stream link will be provided to coaching staff to be sent out to parents. Each team will be permitted to bring in one parent to help stage/marshall their athletes per every 10 athletes. For example, if you have 20 athletes in the meet, you can choose to allow two parents to join you to help stage/marshall your team's athletes. The names (first and last) of said parents are required to be sent to the Meet Director by January 4, 2022. Only these parents will be permitted to be on deck and in the senior center. OFFICIALS We are in need of officials, please have your officials sign up at: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0a48afa92daafa7-2022 Remind your officials that this is a great way to get on deck to watch their kids swim. MEET MOBILE, PROGRAMS & AWARDS The Meet Program and times will be available on Meet Mobile; search for "2022 ECCC Winter Carnival - Developmental" to see it. Remind parents that these times are unofficial. The official times will be sent out to all coaches at the end of the meet. One coach from each team needs to pick up their team's awards 30 minutes after the session ends. SNACK BAR & HOSPITALITY Hospitality will be available for all coaches and officials. The snack bar will be set up in the lobby with items available for purchase.
