• VOLUNTEERS - As many of the parents know, there is very limited seating at the Kroc Center. We will be selling tickets online, but they sell out quickly. The BEST way for parents to see their swimmers is to Volunteer to help with the meet. We have plenty of opportunities for parents to get on deck as a timer or marshal. All training provided!! • SPECTATORS - As mentioned, we will be selling a very limited number of tickets ONLINE ONLY for this meet. All tickets will go on sale on Thursday at 7:00am. A link will be provided to teams next week.
• For this meet, athletes and teams will be on the pool deck. We will not be using the multi-purpose room. There is some, but limited seating on deck, so swimmers may need to bring a chair. I will send out a map to teams by Tuesday.
• The DEV meet will be pre-seeded. Heat sheets will be available upon arrival at the pool. RELAY CARDS will be available and should be turned in ASAP so we can start the meet.
• The FALL FEST meet will be DECK-seeded with the exception of the event(s) noted below. Scratch sheets will be available to coaches upon arrival at the pool. Scratch sheets will be due at 11:30am both days. Positive Check-In for the 500 Freestyle (Saturday) and the 400 IM (Sunday) will close at 1:00pm both days. Heats of the 500 Freestyle (Saturday) and 400 IM (Sunday) will be swum FAST TO SLOW, ALTERNATING. For the 500 Freestyle and 400 IM, swimmers must provide their own timers/counters.
• Timelines - these are preliminary, and may change a bit - but we expect to be pretty close to this. There will be a 10 minute break at the conclusion of the early Fall Fest sessions before the distance events each day. Please remember that the Developmental meet is first and the Fall Festival will start late morning.

• A simple request from the Kroc Center - If athletes are going to be walking up to the Town Hall area to visit with parents/spectators, please tell them to dry off and to put on pants/cover-up/etc. There are often other groups/organizations using the facility at the same time as us, and the staff is asking if we assist with this request. Thank you for your help with this matter.
