Good Afternoon Everyone, Attached is information for the Go Gobble Gobble Invitation & Food Drive on Saturday, November 18, 2023. 

WWC is responsible for 1 volunteer timer. When your timers sign up please request them to list the team they are associated with. All signups to be done on Sign Up Genius: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E0A48AFA92DAAFA7-gogobble1#/

The facility will open at 7:45 AM. Warmups start at 8 AM separated by age groups. Please see attached. We will have a positive check-in due by all teams by 8:45 AM 

 The Pumpkin Roll Relay is open to all 12 & Under athletes on all teams. Each relay will have swimmers from varying teams and age groups. We only have 30 minutes for the Pumpkin Roll Relay.

• After check-ins a count will be taken for the number of athletes in the meet by team.
• The number will be divided by 6 - 8 lanes to make equal teams numbered.
• Popsicle sticks with an assigned lane will be given to each Head Coach to disburse amongst their athletes.
• Each swimmer will report to the lane on their popsicle stick.
• Any lane with an uneven number of athletes will have one swimmer go twice; this will be determined by a Green Whales, Inc. staff member.
• All athletes will start in the water.
• Athletes will push the pumpkin 25 meters (1 lap).
• The pumpkin may not be thrown.
• A special prize will be awarded to each member of the winning lane.
