Dear WWC & EAAC Parents,

Due to a technical error, your team leadership/coaches have not received emails regarding the upcoming BWA Fall Festival. Information regarding officiating and volunteer opportunities has not been sent to them until today. In an effort to provide you with those opportunities, we have created a sign-up for your teams only for any positions that were open on the main sign-up. Plus we added some extra positions including one for "awards." This meet does not have any awards, so that job is basically a seat in the room where we handle awards. Marshal positions are located on the pool deck and in the hallway - but "hallway marshals" may walk on deck to see their swimmer's events. For those of you who are officials, apprentice or certified, we'd love to have you join us on deck. The sign-up below has plenty of space waiting for you.
