The Dolphins opened the short course season October 22 with an invitational meet hosted by the Egg Harbor Township Seahawks. The meet included teams throughout Cape May and Atlantic County.

Eleven Dolphin's swimmers took to the water and had an awesome day, starting the season with great energy and enthusiasm. Out of 43 swims, Dolphin's swimmers recorded 40 personal best times and represented their team and community well. Highlights included great improvements in technique and time by Jenna Ziemba, Anastasia Krafczek, and Reilly Deschenes with special congratulations to Dane Kennedy (8) for competing in his first meet. Next up for the Dolphins is a trip to GCIT for the Jersey Storm meet in December.
